Doris del Castillo.
Ms. Del Castillo holds a
Bachelor Degree in Arts
with majors in Business
Administration and
Accounting from Saint
Joseph’s University and
a Juris Doctor from the
Interamerican University
School of Law (Cum
Laude). She is admitted
to practice law before
the Courts of the
Commonwealth of Puerto
Rico, the United States
District Court for the
District of Puerto Rico,
the United States Court
of Appeals for the First
Circuit. Ms. Del
Castillo is a member of
the Puerto Rico Bar
Association, the
American Bar Association
and the Federal Bar
Association.
Ms. Del Castillo is also
a Certified Public
Accountant and a member
of the American
Institute of Certified
Public Accountants. She
has represented
companies in numerous
litigations of labor and
employment claims,
includind controversies
under ERISA. She is also
involved in representing
clients before
administrative agencies
such as the Conciliation
and Arbitration Bureau
of the Department of
Labor, the EEOC, the
Antidiscrimination Unit
of the Puerto Rico
Department of Labor and
handles appellate
practice and procedure.
